Odyssey is delivered monthly, around the beginning of each month or end of the previous month. For example, the January edition hits most mailboxes between Dec. 25 and Jan. 7. Exact dates vary by location and local delivery schedules. As with most periodicals, delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

If you sign up between the 1st and 14th of the month, your first edition will arrive by the end of the same month or beginning of the next month. If you subscribe between the 15th and last day of the month, your first edition will arrive by the end of the following month or beginning of the next. For example, if you sign up Nov. 10, you'll receive the December edition by Nov. 25 – Dec. 7. Each edition will arrive monthly thereafter, around the same time each month.

You can send a copy of Odyssey to anyone in the US. Each gift recipient receives the printed publication every month, complete with QR codes to videos and other resources at OdysseyPublication.com. Additionally, at appropriate intervals we'll optionally send a postcard inviting them to Mass at their local parish, if you choose. We email you prior to each postcard mailing to confirm. These are free of charge, only available with active subscriptions, and subject to change.

Only the recipient's name and mailing address are shown, not the purchaser, sponsor, or group's name. We do not send gift notifications, and can only provide personal account information to account holders. We explain to recipients who inquire that our list is comprised of a variety of individuals, parishes, and neighborhoods. If you do not wish for your gift to be anonymous, please inform the recipient.

No. You can send Odyssey as a gift without subscribing personally. Simply select "Gift" on the first order form at checkout. You'll still be able to manage the subscriptions in your Odyssey account, view articles online, and add a subscription for yourself later. But we encourage you to subscribe; you'll enjoy the content and see exactly what your loved ones are receiving.

Physical mail opt-outs are rare (a fraction of a percent). However, if your gift recipient contacts us to discontinue receiving Odyssey, we will honor their request and inform you. We'll offer several options including continuing to send Mass Invitation postcards, sending alternative resources directly to you, and crediting your account for any un-mailed copies.

Yes! You can purchase a single subscription just for yourself, no gift orders necessary. You'll always have the option to add gift subscriptions later at a 20–33% discount.

Yes. After you place your order, you can access your account at any time to purchase new subscriptions at a discount, update mailing addresses, switch subscriptions to new recipients, or cancel one or more subscriptions.

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically. You'll receive an email before each payment is due, with plenty of time to cancel if you choose. You can cancel subscriptions at any time in your account or by calling.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Simply access your account to cancel one or all of your subscriptions, or call us and we'll handle it for you. Cancellation stops future renewals, which means your card will no longer be charged and we will stop mailing the publication after all paid editions are fulfilled.

Yes. At any time you may switch your subscriptions from Quarterly to Yearly or vice versa. This selection will apply to all your active subscriptions and will go into effect on your next renewal date.

Yes! Contact us and we'll send you a link to complete the order. Orders of 11 or more mailed subscriptions are further discounted, and we also have options for bulk shipments. We'll make sure you receive the best possible rates!
